Enquiry information is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the job and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted or archived according to the company’s record-keeping once that process is confirmed. We will not keep quote forms indefinitely “just in case”.
Processors and third parties
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Microsoft Clarity is used to measure how the site is used. Clarity may process page views, clicks, scroll depth, device and browser details, and session recordings. Quote-form fields are masked so enquiry details should not appear in those recordings. Quote requests are emailed to the business so we can reply. Cloudflare sends those messages. We do not sell enquiry data. We do not install advertising pixels.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
